Hi,

I'm completely new to JIRA and just trying to get a version with a trial license running on my Linux machine (kubuntu). Installation process finished successfully, but when I try to start it in my browser it says "JIRA Startup Failed" and "The following plugins are required by JIRA, but have not been started: Atlassian Navigation Links Plugin (com.atlassian.plugins.atlassian-nav-links-plugin) Gadget Directory Plugin (com.atlassian.gadgets.directory) ....". How can I install these plugins?

The most common problem is that plugins require more time to startup. To resolve this problem you should add param

-Datlassian.plugins.enable.wait=300

to your <jira-install>/bin/setenv.sh
