JIRA Slow Login after Internet Disable

Hi all,

I have Jira Data Center and everything working successfully.

But, after I disable internet from the machine. The server take time to login.

You should talk to your jira administrator and check the log files as well as the log of the current DC jira is installed.

I check them and all the logs available. By the way, when Jira take time to load.

Please find the image below which is the requests shown while load.

You should take a look at the jira logs. Not the developer's console.

I would check for starters:

• atlassian-jira.log
• atlassian-jira-outgoing-mail.log
