JIRA Service Desk - Unable to change Ownership of Dashboards

I'm trying to make changes to dashboards that I didn't create, and allow my colleagues to make changes to some that I did create. I found the below link which states that the only way to do this is to change the ownership of the dashboard, which is done by finding the dashboard through the search and clicking on a cog icon. Unfortunately I don't see a cog icon. If I use the '...' button on the row of the dashboard, I only get 'Copy Dashboard' if it's someone elses, or 'Edit and Share' and 'Delete' in addition if it's one of mine. There's no mention of an owner in the 'Edit and Share' option, and regardless, I need to be able to take ownership of dashboards in the case of holiday, illness or a user leaving the company. I'm in the JIRA admin group, so I'm not sure why this option is missing. Any thoughts anyone?
