JIRA Server groovy worklog

Hi community;

I'm new in Jira Server, in my new job I must work in Server, I before worked in CLOUD and for me is more easy whit groovy.

So my question is the next.

How I can search the worklog (or other custom field) in 1 issue or more issues whit the console groovy or whit behaviours or listeners.
