JIRA SERVICE DESK - HELP CENTER - POSSIBILITY LOOK AND FEEL FOR EACH PROJECT

Hi,

we have several projects at jira service desk in cloud and we need each project in the help center to have an appropriate look (banner, logo, colors, etc), is it possible to do this right now or can it be done with a plug-in?. Also we need customize the help center's main page for each project.

One addon option to consider is Refined for JIra Cloud. It basically replaces your current portal and allows you to create a uniquely branded/configured portal per project. I played with it for awhile but ultimately did not go to production with it.

Hi @soporte-tecnico 

At the moment, you can customise the whole help center - but if all projects are part of the same Jira instance then each project will have the same colours, etc. as the help center.

I am not aware of any plug ins that can change the help center at this time - although hopefully further customisation will come from Jira - and there is a feature request for this:

There is also the following app in the Marketplace, that does something similar to what you have requested - but I don't have any knowledge of this as I have not used it:
