Hello,
Is it possible to restrict access to a JIRA project for a group of users, so they are able to Read anything but the only Edit or Write access they have is to create or amend Comments on an issue?
I ask this question because I share access to a JIRA project with my client and they keep altering the description field (which contains acceptance criteria) after issues have been committed to a sprint. I don't want to restrict their access to Read Only for the entire project. I just want to stop them from amending the description field.
Thanks
Gregg

Gregg.Roseker@amido.comAs Jira admin, you can set it in the permission scheme in the Project under project setting.
Best!
