JIRA Plans Team Capacity Original Estimates Not Showing Up

We are just getting more in depth with the capacity planning features in JIRA Plans.  All the stories in each sprint have a estimated start/estimated end date (those are what we are using instead of start/end date) and original estimates.  Nine of the stories with original estimates are showing, but there are six other stories that have 0 hours when there should be 7 hours.  How do I get the hours for those remaining six stories to show.  I appreciate any help.

Good day. I hope that I can help you with this. I believe the way you can achieve this is by going to your plan settings and change the settgings for scheduling. Scheduling can be done by time or by points. Can you check to see how that is set up for you?

Hi Aaron,

I hope you can too.  I have the plan set up by hours.  I just don't understand why some stories are coming in with hours and some aren't.

If some work items are populating data and some are not I would check to make sure they belong to the projects or source data and also check to see if they are on a scrum project or Kanban.
