JIRA PLANS - Unable to edit plan scope

1. I created a plan with one space and when I try to add more spaces to my plan using the "edit plan scope" , my changes are not getting reflected after I hit save.
See screenshot, it lets me add an additional space but it does not get added to the scope after saving my changes.

2. I tried to create a new plan with about 10 spaces , after adding all the spaces and when I hit create plan, nothing happens and the screen is stuck in the same create screen. 

Should this be reported to support team or am I missing anything

Have you tried refreshing your screen?

Have you retried in another browser app or a private browser window?

Have you granted access to another user to edit this plan to see if they have the same experience?

Let us first get answers to those questions, and then we may have more questions to ask you to help debug the scenario.

If we can't determine the cause through this Q&A, and if this is happening consistently even in the above circumstances then I recommend you start by reporting the problem to your internal Jira Admins/technical support team. If they are unable to find the solution then they can escalate to the Atlassian technical support team.
