JIRA OnDemand logs accessible?

John Schultz
May 7, 2014

Are any logs available to JIRA OnDemand administrators other than the audit log? We are integrating another app with JIRA and the ability to access some logs to determine how JIRA is (or is not) handling the data sent to it would be very helpful. Thanks!

Hi John,

OnDemand logs can be requested at anytime. However, live log access isn't available to OnDemand customers, only offline logs will be given. In order to request your log files, please raise a support request at https://support.atlassian.com

Cheers,

Thanks Lucas, I will make such a request later this afternoon! Do I need to specify the timeframe (daily, weekly, etc) in my request?

Sorry but this is a serious issue because I am getting 500 errors from JIRA very often and I cannot always ask for access for the logs: it would mean that 2-3 requests/day!
