JIRA OnDemand User Management: Bulk Project Role Management?

In JIRA onDemand is there a way to view/edit project roles by user? In our older downloaded version, and I could have sworn an earlier version of OnDemand had it too, you could view all project roles by user, and bulk edit them. For example, I view user1 and can edit their project roles for all projects, all in the same screen, with check boxes.
