JIRA OnDemand. Is ODBC connection possible?

Looking for options to get data from JIRA OnDemand into our business intelligence tool Targit. Is the a way to connect to our our issue database? We use OnDemand (SaaS) version of JIRA. If an ODBC connection is not possible, what other options do we have? Thank you!

No. You will not get access to the database in OnDemand.

You should use REST to read information into other systems.
