JIRA On Prem > Workflow button not visibile

We are using JIRA on prem. We have a bug on which the Workflow button is not enabled. Due to which unable to move the bug status from backlog to Done/Complete status. Under same project, other bugs/user stories have the workflow button enabled.

welcome to the Atlassian community!

You need to raise that question to a JIRA Admin within your company. Issue types can have different workflow associated. Probably, there are some specific condition on that transition that makes it visible for some bugs and hidden for others.

Can you provide a screen image of what you are seeing? Provide a screen image of the issue where the button is missing and one where the button is present.

It is possible that there is a Condition specified for the transition to Done, and the issue with the button missing does not meet the condition. You would need to consult with your Jira Administrator to get more information about the Workflow and any Conditions that might be set.
