JIRA On Demand Add-ons

if we haveOn Demand JIRA are we can add the Add-ons to it. for example we want to add the gantt project too to our JIRA account is it possible to do?

it says "Restriction: You cannot install new add-ons nor remove existing add-ons as per the Atlassian OnDemand Add-on (Plugins) Policy."

please explain me. if im JIRA OnDemand user am i can get gantt project add-on to my JIRA.

You can install only add-ons available for ondemand. Here are two gantt related for ondemand
