JIRA LDAP problem

hello team ,

we are the facing LDAP authentification problem in JIRA production server all of a sudden with the following error:

LOGS : 2012-05-31 11:02:51,568 http-8443-14 ERROR anonymous 659x22x13 1pf5036 10.224.6.95 /rest/gadget/1.0/login [crowd.manager.application.ApplicationServiceGeneric] Directory 'JIRA Delegated Authentication Directory' is not functional during authentication of 'bpld060'. Skipped.

JIRA version : 4.4.4

Type : Unlimited license users

please help ASAP !.

Hi Vinay,

The above query seems to describe that your LDAP server is not alive or unreachable. Could you please double check if your LDAP server is active or if there are any network issue between your instance to the LDAP server?
