JIRA Issues screens do not refreshed after triggering various actions

All the users are experiencing this issue where once a user performs any task in JIRA that requires screens to get refreshed, the screens or fields or dialog boxes do not get refreshed(or gets refreshed after extremely long time) to reflect the necessary change.

A workaround which we found to work is refreshing the browser page

This is completly affecting users in Google Chrome

Did u check your JIRA performance - use java melody you can get to know the exact cause which is contributing the delay
