JIRA Integration with Worksoft Certify

I am trying to integrate Worksoft Certify with JIRA so that I can raise defect directly to JIRA from my tool.

For this, I am following steps which I got from Worksoft support team.

While following the steps, getting error as “Request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.” 

Can you please help me this issue.
