I am trying to authenticate Teams to integrate with JIRA. I get a pop-up asking for my JIRA ID. Where do I find this?

If it is your personal ID, try using your email address used by Jira. And or just the first part of your email address before the @
Also, can you post a screenshot of the actual error?
