Hello Every one,

I have tried to integrate my jira cloud with gitlab which is self hosted on our servers, i have gone through the docs which gitlab provided and done the integration part and in fact in gitlab it's saying that connection is successful and i can see that a field created on gitlab with the name of jira issues but the problem is that no issues were reflecting in gitlab which we have created in jira and no issues are reflecting in jira when we create the issue in gitlab (Vice-versa)

Hope someone might have faced this issue during his work, kindly provide the solutions if there are any

Hi @Manikumar ,

OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM) supports bidirectional integration between Jira(Cloud) and GitLab out of the box. All the details related to a commit made against a work item in Jira can be tracked from Jira itself. All the details related to a commit can be synced to Jira in various ways.

A datasheet outlining GitLab – Jira integration can be found on https://www.opshub.com/gitlab-integrations/gitlab-jira-integration/
