JIRA Email Notifications Not Coming Through

Deleted user May 24, 2019

Users are not receiving notifications when tickets are updated.

Notification settings have not been changed and still show as being sent to:

  • All Watchers
  • Current Assignee
  • Reporter

Additionally, users are set to receive change notifications for all changes except their own.

Has anyone experienced this before or now how to troubleshoot?
