You can monitor global status of all apps here: Atlassian Status 🚦
That being said, there doesn't seem to be any active incidents or outages.

Also note that each cloud org/app can have standard maintenance window as per their official maintenance policies.

On top of that, your Org admins can check System health in Atlassian Administration to check statuses for each app you're using 👀

Anyway, if you have a Jira/Org admin or an internal IT department, I would recommend checking the status with them.
If you're the admin and you're on a paid plan, you can also reach out to Atlassian Support for them to check if there's anything unexpected going on with your apps.
