JIRA - Comments Field display all comments

We need to be able to report on all comments for some issues. Is there a way of doing this?

If you are open for use third-party app, you could use Commented function in ARGON Powerful JQL Search  , allows you to search for issues that have comments matching specific criteria, such as content, author, or time period.
