Hi,

Can someone please help in completing this task?

I have JIRA Cloud A and JIRA Cloud B.  in Cloud A - I have 50 projects and in Cloud B - I have 30 Projects.  Now I want to move all the projects and its history, test results, defects, attachments to Cloud A.  so that I can work only on JIRA Cloud A.

Cloud does not support the imports you need to do to enable this.

A breif overview of what you will have to do is:

  • Set up two JIRA development systems on the very latest version.
  • Take an export (full backup) of both Cloud systems and import them into the development systems
  • Merge one system into the other, config first (manually, you have to hand-copy all the project settings, but I'd strongly recommend a look at Botron and Awnabaa's add-ons that can handle moving configuration around), then issues (project import or the importer in one of the add-ons)
  • Take an export of the merged system and upload it to Cloud (which will overwrite what was there before)
