JIRA Cloud Addon - Admin configured Dynamic Panel with Buttons to call webhooks etc

Hi.

Is anyone aware of an addon that allows users to click a button within an issue (displayed in side panel or other) that can be configured to extract issue data and pass it to a webhook.

I would like to allow the user to choose the time at which the call is made rather than on a transition or field edit (via Automation for JIRA for instance) to feel more like a fat client approach.

I understand its possible to write a custom addon (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/extending-the-user-interface/) but I am looking for a low code solution in the first instance.
