JIRA Cloud Add in in Excel giving Error

Over the last two weeks I have been getting a really weird error about 50% of the time that I am using the JIRA cloud add in in excel.  Anyone seeing this?  Attaching the error message I am seeing.

@Kelly Hansen have you tried clearing your browsers cache or using a different browser?
