JIRA - Change the label of the "Projects" and "Project"

we want to use Jira for our customer service, since it will not be for Projects we would like to know if we can change the label for "Projects" to "Cases" and "Project" to "Case".

You can change it using internationalization in downloaded versions, but not in onDemand instances.

On onDemand, this is not an option.
