dear all,

please help. Some of our users can not use capture anymore.

This is what i find in Add-on dashboard...

JIRA Capture

This add-on couldn't be loaded. It has one or more errors that prevent it from being enabled.

If it's OnDemand, you need to raise it with Atlassian, as Ignat suggests.

If it's your own installation, then you should read your log to find out what the actual error is.

You can contact support in any cases - for your own installations and for JIRA OnDemand.

Please specify JIRA version and JIRA Capture version. In case you think it's related to JIRA Agile, please include JIRA Agile version as well. For your own instances attached log file from your JIRA would be really helpful.
