JIRA Board: release icon not visible

Hi,

I have 2 development projects: 

On one project dashboard, I can see the "Releases" link (the icon with the ship). On the other one I cannot see the icon with the ship

Both projects are development projects, with Scrum Boards. Both have very similar configuration with simialr issues types, workflows, active versions...

When I try to access to project AAA with direct link it works
http://jira.xxx.org:8081/projects/AAA?selectedItem=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:release-page

When I try to access to project BBB with direct link I have the following message

http://jira.xxx.org:8081/projects/BBB?selectedItem=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:release-page

"This page isn't available: It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed."

Any idea ?
