JIRA Board Update Reports?

Hi all, 

I am wondering if there is a way to generate a report on JIRA that will track who is updating a board and the frequency of those updates?

Do you mean the administration of the board, or the actual usage?

Usage is tracked in the issues that the board selects to view, not the board.

Which updates would you like to see exactly?

You can check Jira audit log where you can monitor such updates: Project created, Project deleted, Project updated,  Sprint deleted, Board created, Board deleted, Component created, Component deleted, Component updated, Component merged,  Version restored, Version created, Version deleted, Version updated, Version merged, etc.
