We are running JIRA Server V7.4.
I am attempting to use Administration/System/Support Tools/Log Analyzer
One of the three required Atlassian URL's cannot be pinged. The URL which cannot be pinged is marketplace.atlassian.com. It is my understanding there is a workaround.
Is there a workaround if connectivity to the marketplace cannot be established?
