Hello,
We are trying to have JIRA Software 8.8.0 uninstalled from a server but are having trouble.
We are consistently getting an "install4J Setup" error
Internal Error: Could not open message file.
We have tried uninstalling from the control panel, programs and files, and also running the uninstall.exe but are having no luck.
We are logged in using the account that installed the application to attempt the uninstallation.
Is there anything else we can try?
