JIRA 7.5 pop issues on chrome

Hi,

we have recently update to JIRA 7.5 and from then we are seeing wired pop ups coming when open jira on chrome. Pop ups which are related to JIRA are coming on middle or top right and left corners of the page. In IE we don't see this problem. For example "Learn more about branching strategies"pop is coming on the middle of the screen. 

Any help will be appreciated.

Screenshot?  It sounds like your browser might be infected with some kind of malware or extension that is loading other content into the page.   I haven't heard of this before with Jira, but to see this in one browser and not another seems to indicate something is off with that browser.
