Hi all,
Today, I update jira from 4.1.1 to 6. It seems work fine except one thing :
the bottom header (where there are buttons dashboards, projects, issues, help, administration ...) is invisible.
In deed, only "create issue" button is displayed and each button when my mouse is over them :

After searching, I think that the problem is from the header color beacause the header is white and font also.
I found in the file :

but #205081 is blue.
With firebug, i could see in ".aui-header" the variable "background = #205081" but it is barred :
