Hi ALL,

I restart the JIRA service, but can't startup due to below exception. Does anyone have idea on this exception?

the reason is the loss of LauncherContextListener class in the WEB-INF/classes, remove the filter configuration in the web.xml resolve this problem.

seems like a bug :

There is a workaround mentioned in that ticket's comment section.
