JETI Canned responses - hoe to remove "User has just modified this issue"

Hi there, 

I have set up canned responses in JETI.

When sending them, at the bottom of the email there is an image of the ticket pasted in with the note saying: Anna Forster has just modified this issue.

I would really like to remove this and send just a text-based email response with no reference to a ticket in it.

Does anybody know if that is possible?
