JCM won't import due to Jira Agile and Jira Roadmaps Version issue

I created a JCM export on Jira Data Center version 10.3.8.  I attempted a deploy using JCM on another Jira Data Center version 10.3.8 server.  I'm getting the attached error.   Do I have to upgrade both servers to 10.3.9 to resolve this error since these are not a separately available plug-in?  Is there any way around this? I don't want to go to 10.3.9 since it is not a LTS version.

Hi @Kathy Dickason

Jira 10.3 is an LTS version. 10.3.8 and 10.3.9 are patch versions of the LTS.

So 10.3.9 is the LTS version 10.3.

So you need to in stall the pacht for 10.3.9, you will be still on LTS after doing this.
