The user is unable to submit the ticket during the period from 14:00 to 15:00 in the afternoon.
It show "Your Atlassian Cloud site is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance."
What is the maintenance period for it? Is it fixed every day?
Can this period of time be changed to non-working hours? For example, UTC 22:00 - 23:0

The maintenance window occurs daily between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. in the timezone of the server of your Atlassian app
The timezone of the server is set based on the timezone of the person who signed up for the app.
