We encounter the problem in Chrome version: 128.0.6613.120 that the function bar, which provides the functionality to create new releases is not shown.

This is how it looks in Edge:

We tested with an older version of Chrome, like 126.X. With this there was no issues. The problem also appears in the incognito tabs.

Hi @Chrisian Heiser welcome to the community!  I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site and didn't see anything specific to this issue.  Have you tried flushing your browser cache in Chrome?  What happens if you login on another PC using Chrome, or if someone else tries on another PC, do they experience the same behavior?  Are you using the latest release of Jira Data Center?

If you've tried all of those things, you could open an issue with Atlassian Support and get their feedback.  It sounds like there may be some code changes to make.

Hope that helps.

Hi @Dan Breyen

thanks for you response. This behavior stays on all PCs from which I've tested and also our users experience the issue on their PCs.

We are currently on version 9.4.25. Deleting the cache or switch to another user, also doesn't change anything. Only a downgrade of Chrome fixed it in my tests.

I guess I'll open a ticket at  the Atlassian Support, like you mentioned.

Thanks
Christian
