i am unable to access to JIRA, it shows same error.

We see this kind of thing a lot here. Please post back here with the resolution, but not containing any personal information. We need to know what the fix is so we can properly guide people in the future. Thanks!

Might just be a blip with the hosting. Failure are quite generic.

Atlassian Status not showing actually any incident.

Then it could be a backend issue.

I removed the accepted answer mark from my reply, since the issue is still not resolved.

I’ve requested assistance on your behalf. After this much time, this is no longer normal behavior. An Atlassian Support Engineer should review the post and respond in this thread within 2 business days.
