Issuetype retro actions

As the Scrum Guide since summer 2017 prescribes actions from Sprint Retrospective are allowed to land in the Sprint log of the next Sprint, i would love to have a specific issue type to these kind of work. I would like to know whether this is technically possible, i  consulted https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/issue-types-844500742.html but did not find a specific issuetype. Is there any?

Not really, there is nothing specific to this, but you can always create your own issuetypes.  see https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/adding-editing-and-deleting-an-issue-type-844500747.html fro cloud or switch to the server docs.
