Issues with setting up domain with Cloudfare SSL (HTTPS)

I am trying to use cloudfare for DNS and SSL, but I cannot get Jira to recognize HTTPS. I can by pass it for now but I need help with getting this setup.

I do not have a working example but I was able to locate what looks to be a really good walkthrough for setting up the SSL configs for Jira and Confluence in conjunction with Cloudflare here:
