Issues with respect to populating the scenarios in the user story

Hi All,

Since today I am observing a weird behavior wherein the cursor is automatically navigated to Action panel (right side of the user story). Due to this issue, unable to type freely in the description section of the user story. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Any inputs to fix this issue?
