Hello,

Welcome to community :)

Few things that could help

1, Restart Jenkins

2. Update the Plugin to make sure its latest one : Manage Jenkins > Plugins > Available plugins.

3. Reset Jira Cloud plugin configuration

  1. In Jenkins, go to Manage Jenkins → Configure System.
  2. Scroll to the Jira Cloud / Jira integration section.
  3. If you see any existing entries that look half-complete:
    • Remove them (trash icon) or clear them out.
  4. Re‑add Jira Cloud configuration:
    • Jira site URL
    • Credentials (service account / API token)
    • Any additional required fields
  5. Click Save (not just Apply).

4. Try clean reinstall of the plugin

If the above doesn’t help:

  1. Uninstall Jira Cloud plugin from Manage Jenkins → Manage Plugins → Installed.

If this doesnt help please reach out to support and team can check further. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Thank you,

Prachi
