I added an automation rule in our Jira that creates Subtasks automatically when creating a Story or a Bug.

If no other subtasks are created in these issues, the issue will be shown in "other Issues" in the active Sprint despite having subtasks.

how can i prevent them from falling in the "other issues" and keep the view as it is without manually creating subtasks ?

Thanks

BR Nils

Hi @Nils Weinharra  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

From your question, I infer you are using a company-managed project and that you have swim lanes set up on your board.  Is this correct?

If so, what are you selecting swimlanes on, and this may be the reason the issues are shown this way?

Best regards,
Bill
