Hello,

I'm finding that when I run a sync from my connected Bitbucket account into JIRA Cloud, issues in Bitbucket do not come over. The issues in Jira remain frozen in the state of the initial JIRA project creation. I've tried both hard and soft sync as outlined in this article: https://answers.atlassian.com/tags/371360175. Is there any way to sync issues from Bitbucket?

This is actually not possible. Please review below links for details:

Is this ever going to be possible? It seems silly to not be able to export from one atlassian product to another.

Hi Chad,

You can import from one product to another. The problem is that it does keep it synchronized. The import of BB issues into JIRA is a one time thing..

For details:

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
Dario
