Hey,
I've met wierd sitoation that issues stay in the old sprint instead of moving to the new one. It happens to issues that isn't in status "Done" or "cancelled".
When closing the old sprint, I choosed the sprint that I want to transfer the issues to (didn't choose backlog) and yet the issues stay the old sprint. I would like to understand this problem.
In addition, I've noticed a problem to close a sprint if a story that have some sub tasks that in "cancelled" status and the story it self is not on cancelled. It is a problem beacuse I can't move story to cancelled just because I want to close the sprint. I know it's a knowen problem but I hoped that maybe there is already a solution.
