Issues seeing test rail data in Jira

I have integrated Jira and Test Rail and as far as I can see everything is configured correctly.
In Test Rail, I can add a Jira ID as a reference on a test case and when I hover over it, I see the contents of the Jira ticket and I can click to and access this fine.
However in Jira, I should be able to see the test case listed in the Test Rail Cases section on my Jira ticket but all I get is a Log In button. When I click login a new page is opened and I go to Test Rail (which is already logged in).
I am struggling to get this info to display in Jira even though I am an authenticated Test Rail user. Any tips for how I can solve this?
