I have an problem with various issues that seem to be in multiple sprints by mistake. Accordingly these do not show up on any active sprint boards. I have removed them from all the sprints that they shouldn't be in but to no avail.
How the hell do I remove all links to previous/linked sprints

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
If you make the sprint field visible on your edit screen you can then remove manually or via a bulk edit the entries. You can then remove the field once you have resolved the issues.
