Issues in Epic not showing in Advanced Roadmap plan (for non-admins) (Data Center)

After performing Jira Data Center 10.3.5 upgrade, non administrative users cannot see issues in Epic in the roadmap view. Filter is configured correctly, jira-administrators can see full hierarchy in the same plan. Options are greyed out for the authorized user, but still selectable. Any known workarounds?

I have attached the jira-admin view and the project/filter/plan owner view.

• Do users have the browse permissions for the projects you have on the roadmap view?
• Did you check the Plan permissions?

Permissions are all correct. this is a problem with the view in Dark Mode. Atlassian has opened it as a "Feature request" :-/  JSWSERVER-26315
