Issues ids while moving issues

If I move jira issue with , let's say, id aaa-123 to project bbb where 123 is taken, which number it will be given. Fist free number?

Basically. Each project has a number used for the last issue created in that project.

If you rename a project key, the numeric part of the issue key does not change though

So aaa-123 in projetc bbb will be, for example, bbb-459 if bbb-123 is taken?

You can still find the issue under the old number after the move

Yes, if aaa-123 is moved to project bbb will be, and the highest issue number in bbb was 458, then aaa-123 will become bbb-459

And as Joe says, there is an underlying issue id integer that never changes.
