Currently building out a large program in Portfolio (now plan) on a server side implementation of JIRA. I have a portal team project with their epics and issues rolling up two more tiers (Goal - Milestone - Epic - Issues). WHen I am reviewing from the goal view and diving down through the Milestone and Epic tiers, I know the Epics below milestones have issues but I cannot access them through the portfolio view. When I sort the portfolio by the project, the issues are there. Why can't I see the issues from a goal level view?
I have already removed and readded the project these epics and issues are in along with all of the releases in that project. Any idea what I need to do to see this from an ALL perspective instead of sorting by project to see this?
